We submitted a ‘reserved matters’ planning application to confirm the details for phase one of the construction of homes at Fonnereau Neighbourhood in November 2023. This included details such as the specific layout and materials for homes, and landscaping for open space areas.

This application was approved by IBC in July 2024. We will begin construction of infrastructure and phase one of the homes and open space in October 2024.

Thereafter we will bring forward the reserved matters application(s) for the homes in the rest of Fonnereau Neighbourhood within our control.
A Community Development Strategy outlining our commitment and approach to helping to create a thriving community within the new development throughout construction and occupation. It also outlines how we would work to integrate new residents to the existing local community. We have submitted this strategy to the Council and it can be downloaded here
